With upgrades for improved performance and comfort, the 2024 CFMOTO CFORCE 520L introduces numerous enhancements over the last model. Thanks to a redesigned steering knuckle, the turning circle is now 25% tighter. New engine mounts help minimize vibration, while the gas tank cover can be easily removed without tools. The upgraded racks offer a higher load capacity of 30kg in the front and 60kg in the back, along with features for easy installation of OEM accessories. Additionally, there is 2.5 liters more storage space in the rear. The revamped ergonomic riding position enhances comfort whether standing or sitting, and a new exhaust design cuts down on noise and heat. The new chassis is 10% lighter and 30% stronger than its predecessor.

The updated suspension allows for 26% more wheel travel and provides greater ground clearance. The initial travel is softer for improved comfort but firms up for better handling during aggressive riding. The tuned EPS system and new anti-slip grips on the handlebars make steering simpler with the redesigned handlebars. A thicker seat—now 40% more cushioning—offers superior support and comfort. The new dashboard is user-friendly and has Bluetooth connectivity for pairing with the rider‘s phone. The hitch receiver on the upgraded tow-bar is bolted to the undercarriage instead of being welded, resulting in a higher load capacity of 802kg and is easily replaceable. Complementing this is a new, larger radiator fan that enhances cooling performance and optimizes airflow with the redesigned front grill.
