Thank you for shopping with The E-Bikes Store. Please review our shipping terms below to understand our delivery process, applicable fees, and timeframes.
Delivery Zone
We currently ship to locations within the United States only.
Shipping Fees
We charge a flat-rate delivery fee of $400 USD on all orders, regardless of quantity or location within the continental United States.
This flat fee covers secure handling, packaging, and insured freight delivery for e-bikes and accessories.
Note: Any expedited or special shipping requests may incur additional charges, which will be displayed during checkout before you confirm your purchase.
Couriers
All orders are shipped via FedEx or UPS.
Currently, we are unable to ship to:
- P.O. Boxes
- APO/FPO/DPO addresses
A valid street address is required for all shipments.
Delivery Timeframe
- Handling Time: 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday)
- Transit Time: 2–7 business days (Monday–Friday)
If all items in your order are in stock, your order will typically ship within one week. Once your order ships, a shipping confirmation email will be sent to you with tracking information.
Please allow up to 7 business days for delivery after shipment.
All delivery dates are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Order Tracking
After your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and carrier details.
You can:
- Track your order by logging into your account at https://theebikesstore.com/
- Visit the FedEx or UPS website and enter your tracking number
- Contact us directly at sales@theebikesstore.com if you need assistance
We aim to respond to all shipping inquiries within 48 business hours.
Order Changes
If you need to change your order (e.g., address update or cancellation), please contact us immediately at sales@theebikesstore.com.
Please note:
- Once an order has shipped, we are unable to modify or cancel it.
- Custom or pre-ordered items cannot be exchanged for other models once confirmed.
Item Not Received
If your order tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package:
- Contact the carrier (FedEx or UPS) to locate your delivery.
- If the carrier cannot resolve the issue, please email us at sales@theebikesstore.com with your order details.
We’ll assist with investigating the shipment and finding the best resolution possible.
Taxes
Our customers do not need to pay for importing fees, duties or VAT (Valued Additional Tax).
However, some limited countries (especially for some European countries such as Germany, Italy, UK and Canada, etc.) may need to pay duties or VAT according to your countries’ levying rules.
We are required by law to charge sales tax on all items purchased, unless in situations where it is not required by law.
