Return:
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at sales@theebikesstore.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refund Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- Timeframe: You must request a refund within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Condition: The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the same packaging that you received it. Items that are damaged or show signs of use are not eligible for a refund.

Refund Process
- Requesting a Refund: To initiate a refund, contact our customer service team at sales@theebikesstore.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
- Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:
- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery but within 60 days may be eligible for a partial refund at our discretion.
Wrong Product
If you discover your order is flawed please contact us by mail: at sales@theebikesstore.com with photos of the wrong product, and we will provide a return shipping label. Once it is tracking, we will ship a replacement product immediately.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective item for the same model, contact us at sales@theebikesstore.com. We will process the free exchange.
Change Of Mind
Change of mind is not acceptable. No return or refund will be processed. Please Note: Color, Size, and Texture.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
- If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
- If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
