Refund Process

  2. Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
  3. Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  4. Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:

Exchanges

Shipping Costs
